I don’t have anything fancy to report except that I will be weighing in at the Women’s Health Center and blogging every Tuesday from now on. For those who are sponsoring me, I will get a print out of my weight and I will post on Google Docs so you know where your money is going. On a different note, I had a really big loss last week and nothing this week. It could be a few things like eating things I wouldn’t normally eat (rice), not walking as much and not drinking enough water. Another thing I thought about was fat turning into muscle, I have been doing lots of squats and lifting weights. I thought I might have hit a plateau but after reflecting on my week I am sure its because of all the changes.
Today I weighted in at 254.6, no loss, no gain I am happy with that!
